See there, now that was just funny. I liked that one. It's the false accusations that cause the problem. We've had Forbes mag., New york times, Oil & gas mag. and many others welcome on our rigs. It's the people who don't even understand what they are talking about. They just edit what they want to make a story. If you want to know the truth, just ask. Nobody is trying to cover up anything. Just projviding clean energy for future use. I'm sure I could spend a day around your job a come up with crazy stuff too.

Hey guys I'm a land owner and I don't have a problem with the drilling guys. Bring them on, I have minerals to my place. I get my check every month, and that is what it all boils down to!!!!!!!!!! You people talk about noise and pollution. Ha as for noise, you live 20' from each other. I live in the country. As for pollution, there was a green cloud over dfw and Denton way before those drilling guys got there. In the famous words of Earl Pitts, WAKE UP AMERICA!!!!!!!!!!!

Ya know this is crazy !!! Why don't you leave these guys alone, they are trying to do their jobs supplying you with a product that you sure don't mind using everyday... Yes I've been to a rig site, Yes it IS very very HOT on a location The temp is 10x hotter around the equipment than what it is 30 ft from the rig (STEAM IS POSSIBLE EVEN IN THE 80) I think it is a major hazard for YOU to be on a location while THEY are working. I mean come on, the distraction of you being there on site is more dangerous and can do more damage than what you are complaining about someone supposably dumping their black water out of an RV. Ever went camping ?...people do that all the time. Do you go and video them too? I'm not saying its right to do that but I think there are BIGGER problems in this world going on right now and the less distractions these locations have the better off we all are. Rigs are no place for stupid people like you prowling around trying to find little stupid stuff to complain about. If you're so negative about this type of working environment How about putting some of this negative energy to good use ... go help out with the mess in Louisiana. I work in hospice and I am very proud of what I do , but I would be VERY VERY upset if I was video taped with out my permission for any reason and then it get posted on a website and YOUTUBE so get real lady ! My husband also works in the oilfield as a rig welder (I'm sure you'll find something to complain about his job too) and he and his friends (one of whom you were videoing ) are very proud of what they do ! No one needs or has covered up there faces on this side of the rig but I sure don't see your face any where ...hummmmYa know this is crazy !!! I wasn't there to film the guys working but instead I was trying to film the 5th wheelers at the request of someone(I believe they work on site) who stated that there are only mobile homes. As far as being frivolous, there was a toxic spill (confirmed by TCEQ, Range and TRRC) and a dump (confirmed by video and eye witnesses). These guys aren't camping in the wilderness rather they are in the middle of a city and more specifically, in my neighborhood. We have advanced beyond the middle ages and know better than to dump sewage regardless of the location.

Please understand that I appreciate that the work they do is difficult. I am not against drilling but rather I am for responsible drilling. Some of the decisions that are made such as flaring and not recycling the water are truly a slap in the face. I know that these decisions are made at level much higher than the guys onsite. We have conducted a multiple tests at this site which show that there are indeed toxic emissions. I would think this would be a concern not only for the people who live in the area, but also for the people who work at the site. We have former drillers that live in the neighborhood, doctors, nurses, science teachers, tons of professors, environmental consultants, all of whom stood opposed to these wells. Now that they are here, we want to make sure that the impacts are as low as possible. Can you truly blame us? Not once on this blog has a statement been made to stop all drilling. It really shouldn't be an area of contention. Ask your company to start adopting safer practices. Stop saving the nosiest drilling operations for the middle of the night. And for God's sake, please don't dump sewage or toxic mud.

See this shows how much you know.....no saves the nosiest drilling operations for the middle of the night. That's just the way it happens at times. Nothing that any of these guys or the company can help. They are there to do their jobs and move on to the next one. They are trying to get it done and get out as soon as possible. It is like that with each rig location. They have time frames they have to meet on the beginning and completion of each job. It's not like they are TRYING to disturb the community on purpose. There are 2 5th wheelers there, one of which my husband owns. NEVER NEVER has he EVER dumped his tank on a location. I have witnessed the trucks coming in to empty the tanks and I have also had to go with him once he is home to empty his tank PROPERLY. When you video and post faces with problems you are suggesting that some of these guys are the guilty ones. I know for a FACT that the guys faces you have posted with these videos are not your culprits. With one person in each camper it takes alot of water and waste to fill these tanks. These guys (like I said before) barely have enough time to run down and grab a bite to eat and my husband in particular works endless days and nights to ensure that EVERYTHING is working properly and that the job IS being done the way it is suppose to be. I can promise you he is there to get it DONE and COME HOME. No one is there to prolong anything or to make your life more difficult. Instead you are merely taking time away from them and getting thier work done so they can come home to their familys by being out there causing a disturbance. And YES just by pulling your car into that DRIVE you are TRESSPASSING!

If you watched the video, you would notice that there was not a car in the drive. So again, I did not trespass. Also, I didn't suggest that these guys were the ones that dumped nor did I ask them over to talk to me. I did, however, enjoy the conversation. I think we are both hoping for the same thing- that they go home soon. I am sure it is hard to run an industrial site in that location which only further highlights how inappropriately place it is. It sounds like you might have some inside information on who dumped. If you feel so inclined, please share. Also, I might suggest you attend this meeting:

I have watched all the videos and noticed that you are far enough on the property to actually film the whole drive...(this coming from the 1st one titled "FITH WHEELS"). It does not matter if you parked across the street and walked over or if you parked in the drive itself. If you are physically on any part of the land leased for that location you are tresspassing. So, maybe you should try checking in on the law on that one. I did not say that you directly suggested this, but with your video and all the talk about the fith wheels and dumping it implies that these guys have something to do with it. I DO NOT know IF anything was DUMPED nor would I know WHO were responisble for it IF it happened. What I DO know is that it IS WRONG and that as a wife of one the men who work from his trailer that he has never done anything of that nature nor is it his nature to do something of that manor. No one said you invited the guys over, but it is their responsibilty to also ensure the safety of others as well as themselves so with that being said they were merely trying to get you off location for YOUR safety also. Most generally there are only 5th wheels there when certain parts of the jobs are being done. Otherwise the men have actual houses (trailers) that they stay in. So the 5th wheels that are being complained about are not there all the time.

Well for one thing I'm sure that sewage, is about like that leaking gas well, and you were the eye witness on that one. Must be gas leaking out of your coffee cup every morning. Its called STEEEEEEEEEEEAM.looks like you done made the oilfield wives mad. I would rather make a roughneck mad

The rig is supposed to have a closed loop system for the drilling mud. This was one of the ordinances the city placed in Range Resources. My question is if there is a closed looped system for the mud WHY IS THERE A MUD PIT?
Secondly, I have checked with the city regarding having a relative stay in my driveway in their 5th wheel for a few week while we visited. I was told it was illegal to have temporary house within the city limits unless the property had be zone as such. I do not believe the Razyor Ranch site is zoned for temporary house but will have to check with building inspector on that one.
The only property Range Resources has leased is the area within the sound barrier. They were given the right of way for the driveway but it is not part of their lease. The driveway is an extension of Panhandle and as such belongs to the city. Trust me if we were trespassing as suggested the toolpusher would have the police out there so fast your head would spin. They know we are not trespassing and have been given permission to be on the property as long as we do not go passed the sound barrier. So you look up the law we do not need to we know the law.
This site is not an appropriate site for a gas drilling operation. There is a dense population of vulernable residence in the nursing home and hospital close by and if something happens it will be very difficult to evacuate these people.
The filming and documenting is to ensure if something goes wrong the correct people are held accountable.
Also since the city and state refuse to do there jobs correctly to protect the citizens in this city and state this evidence could be handy in any future.
